01. Setting strategy: The deep dive
Together, we’ll dive deep into your business and outline your Brand DNA in a document you can always refer back to. We’ll clarify all your core values and ensure that everyone can understand them. This document also includes your North Star: your market position, your brand strategy, marketing strategy and the big goals you're aiming for.
02. Setting sprints: Brief & Debrief
Now that we know the big goals and the values, strategies and your future vision, we can work towards them with setting strategic design sprints. We'll create a briefing and debriefing so we can start the next phase.
03. The work: Design & deliver
Through a marathon of short design sprints, we’ll deliver all the discussed designs for the coming period. These can range from building blocks for your branding to printwork, social media content or even a whole new website.
04. Review: Reflect & Advice
After those sprints, we analyse the work and ask a bunch of critic questions. We advice you the next steps, call people in our network to help you further, and make a new plan. We can repeat step two-to-four, until you decide to hire your next talents to expand your team.

We intentionally keep our client roster small. This allows us to give each project the attention it deserves and stay responsive throughout the collaboration.
How long does a branding project usually take?
Most branding projects take between four and eight weeks, depending on the scope. Larger rebranding projects or websites may take longer, but we'll always provide a clear timeline before we begin.
Do you work with external specialists?
When a project benefits from additional expertise, such as copywriting, photography, illustration or development, we collaborate with a trusted network of specialists. This allows us to build the right team for each project while keeping communication simple for you.
Will I work directly with you?
Yes. You'll work directly with the person leading your project from start to finish. As Soofer Agency grows, we may involve trusted specialists where needed, but communication and creative direction always remain consistent.
How involved do I need to be?
You'll be involved at key moments where your input matters most, such as strategy, direction, and feedback. After that, we take ownership of the creative work so you can stay focused on running your business.
Why shouldn't I just hire a cheaper designer?
Good design is important, but without strategy it rarely solves the real problem. We focus on understanding your business first, then create a brand that supports your goals instead of simply looking good.
Do I need to have everything figured out before we start?
Not at all. Part of our job is helping you gain clarity. We'll guide you through the process and make strategic decisions together.
